At REDMAGIC, we stand by the quality of our gaming hardware and offer a 15-day return window for products that do not meet your performance expectations. All returned items must be in original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team within 15 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack your REDMAGIC device along with all original cables, chargers, and documentation in the original retail box.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location for transit to our inspection facility.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
